Role Purpose Statement Administrative position with responsibility
for providing general support to the Customer Service Center
drivers and small team in Oakland, CA. This role involves providing
support to internal and external customers, answering phone calls
and following up on email request and inquiries from customers,
managing and tracking FedEx shipments, and overseeing accurate
inventory records, coordinating stock levels, and ensuring timely
replenishment to align with production requirements. In addition to
performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned by

Opportunities for Advancement Main Accountabilities Order
Processing: • Reviews and processes customer orders accurately and
timely. • Enters order data into the production system. •
Communicates order details to relevant departments. • Inventory
Control: • Maintains accurate inventory records. • Monitors
inventory levels and places orders for supplies as needed. • Make
sure proper First in First Out (FIFO) of products is being
followed, Ensure proper handling of expired products and Keeping an
inventory of all merchandise entering or exiting the facility.
Quality Control: • Ensures adherence to quality standards and
procedures. • Conducts quality checks on finished products. •
Reports quality issues to relevant departments. Customer Service: •
Provides excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and
resolving issues. • Communicates with customers regarding order
status and any potential delays. Knowledge, Skills and Experience •
High school diploma or equivalent. • Previous
administrative/coordinator support experience in production or a
related field preferred. • Strong organizational and time
management skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word,
Excel, Outlook). • Attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to
work independently and as part of a team. • Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work with minimum to no
supervision, act in liaison of the Supervisor, self-starter, and
problem solver. • Ability to lift/push a minimum of 25 lbs. LSG Sky
