Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.
Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be
considered. This position seeks a Special Education Teacher to
provide support for students in grades K-12 within a school
setting. The role involves working with self-contained classrooms,
resource programs, and special day classrooms, ensuring tailored
educational experiences that meet individual student needs.
Location: Mariposa, CA Contract Type: Temporary, from start date
ASAP through the end of the school year Schedule: 5 days per week,
30-37.5 hours per week Age Group: Kindergarten through 12th grade
Qualifications: Active State Teaching License or certification in
Special Education Experience working with various grade levels
including K-5, 6-8, and 9-12 preferred Ability to manage
self-contained, resource, and special day classroom environments
Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized education
plans (IEPs) to support student learning and development
Collaborate with staff and families to accommodate diverse learning
needs Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies
as needed Maintain classroom management to create a positive and
inclusive learning environment Document and report student
performance and behavioral information accurately Benefits include:
