Overview This role focuses on performing preventive maintenance,
diagnosing equipment issues, and completing repairs that reduce
downtime and keep production running efficiently and at a high
standard. Responsibilities Handle routine upkeep on HVAC, plumbing,
electrical systems, and other facility equipment. Carry out
scheduled maintenance on machinery according to established plans
and procedures. Repair or replace faulty components including
belts, bearings, motors, and sensors. Troubleshoot mechanical,
electrical, and electronic issues to identify abnormalities or
failures. Work closely with team members and leads to solve complex
technical challenges. Document maintenance work, repairs performed,
and parts used with accuracy. Follow all safety standards and
regulatory requirements to ensure equipment operates safely and
legally. Support production teams by providing technical assistance
that helps prevent workflow interruptions. Essential Skills
Hands-on experience in plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and
facility maintenance Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting
abilities HVAC maintenance and repair proficiency Experience with
boilers, air compressors, RTUs, and chillers Knowledge of
electrical systems including lighting, ballasts, and 240v setups
Plumbing capabilities such as drain snaking, sink replacement, and

range for this position is $62400.00 - $83200.00/yr. Gym
