Providing quality and efficient PM services to agricultural equipment in the field and/or shop environments. Responsibilities: Perform maintenance on engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and hydraulic systems. Conduct structural repairs, including welding, in compliance with manufacturer standards. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and technical issues on equipment. Work independently in the field with minimal or no supervision. Follow Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) guidelines for repairs and maintenance. Safely and properly use hand tools, pneumatic tools, and electric tools. Document all work performed accurately using basic computer programs and service software. Comply with all Auto and Equipment Safety rules and regulations during work assignments. Operate company vehicles safely, adhering to road signs, vehicle limits, and weather conditions. Walk, bend, carry, push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs as required to complete work tasks. Perform other duties as assigned by management to support dealership objectives. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of mechanical experience, preferably in construction or agricultural equipment service. Proven experience diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment issues. Ability to work independently without direct supervision as a mobile field technician. Proficiency with basic computer skills for service documentation. Strong understanding and adherence to safety protocols for vehicle and equipment operation. Must be over 21 years of age and maintain a valid driver’s license for company driving purposes.
