The role is responsible for supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated. The role is accountable to support facility CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care. Minimum educationGraduate of an accredited School of nursingPreferred EducationAcademic degree in nursing (Bachelors or Master's degree)Minimum ExperienceMust have 2 years of nursing experience with a minimum one year current experience in their nursing speciality in an acute care hospital settingRequired Certification/LicensureMust be currently licensed, certified or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy.
