Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and experienced RN Shift Manager to join our ICU team at Doctors Hospital of Manteca. As a key member of our nursing leadership team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of nursing personnel in our ICU unit.Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the work of nursing personnel in the ICU unit
• Verify that patients' needs are met and evaluate unit nursing care and performance
