Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Manager, Respiratory
Therapy to lead teams in delivering high-quality respiratory care
services across multiple sites or a single site. In this role, you
will manage the provision of respiratory care, identify innovations
in respiratory equipment, develop and monitor pulmonary standards
and goals, and oversee services to meet patient needs. Key
responsibilities include: Leading service quality improvement
initiatives to enhance quality, safety, efficiency, and
coordination of respiratory therapy services. Managing staff and
projects across sites to resolve complex care issues, patient
complaints, unusual occurrences, and grievances. Guiding teams to
implement data-driven process improvements that increase access,
efficiency, and quality outcomes based on patient/staff feedback.
Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to foster care
coordination, improve service delivery, and elevate the patient
experience. Developing and implementing new products/services
aligned with healthcare trends, ensuring team adoption across
sites. This is an exciting opportunity to drive innovation in

patient-centered outcomes. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor s degree
in respiratory therapy , Health Care Administration, or related
field. Minimum 7 years of experience in respiratory therapy or
directly related field. Minimum 4 years in healthcare, customer
service, business, or related field (including 2 years in
respiratory therapy ). Minimum 3 years in a leadership role (with
or without direct reports). Respiratory Care Practitioner License
(California) required at hire. Basic Life Support (BLS) required at
hire. Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Certificate required
at hire. Must-Haves Valid California Respiratory Care License
posted on the CA state license board. RRT Certificate posted on the
National Board for Respiratory Care. Recent experience in a union
environment . Recent experience in an inpatient Respiratory Care
environment . Preferred Qualifications RT NICU experience .
Hospital or healthcare industry experience. Additional leadership
in multi-site respiratory services.
