Job Description Job Description Job Title: Occupational Therapist (OT) Location: Greenbrae, CA 94904 Position Type: Local / Travel Contract Shift: Day Shift | 5×8 Compensation Up to $2,200 gross weekly – Local Up to $2,640 gross weekly – Traveler Job Summary A well-established healthcare facility in Greenbrae, California is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality patient care. This role focuses on helping patients regain independence and improve daily functioning through individualized occupational therapy programs. Responsibilities Perform physical and basic psychological assessments of patients Develop, implement, and follow individualized occupational therapy treatment plans Evaluate patients’ home and work environments and recommend appropriate modifications Recommend and train patients on adaptive equipment for daily living activities Design rehabilitation programs to restore functional and occupational skills Assist patients in preparing for a safe return to work and daily routines Educate caregivers and family members on therapy techniques and patient care Monitor, document, and evaluate patient progress and treatment outcomes Stay current with best practices, tools, and advancements in occupational therapy Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and standards Required Experience Minimum 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist Education & Licensure High school diploma or higher education preferred Active and valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (as applicable) For more details reach at ukhan@navitashealth.com or Call / Text at 518-862-1204.
