Scope : The Growth team focuses on amplifying the impact of the
PACE model of care by educating and expanding access to the
program. Our team manages the end-to-end process of identifying,
attracting, engaging with, assessing, and enrolling new
participants. The Senior Associate, Growth Operations will support
developing and implementing strategic growth initiatives and
operational improvements that drive Habitat Health's expansion.
This role will report directly to the Sr. Director of Growth
Operations and will be in charge of strengthening referral
channels, identifying and executing open market strategies, and
improving conversion rates for center-specific outreach &
enrollment teams. Core Responsibilities & Expectations for the Role
Conduct analysis to support development and implementation of
strategic growth initiatives and operational workflows across all
activities related to expanding the participant population
Evaluate, identify, and pilot solutions against key challenges
(e.g., seasonal variability, handoffs with center teams),
opportunities (e.g., expansion of center team, tech-enabled
solutions), standardization, and continuous improvement that impact
enrollment efforts Partner with senior leadership to design and
build solutions, tools, and processes to strengthen partner
referral channels, open market strategy initiatives, and conversion
rates Partner directly with frontline leaders and in-market
outreach & enrollment teams to gather relevant input for, design,
and implement changes that impact frontline operations Collaborate
across the organization, including supporting key strategic
decisions and building assets related to clinical operations,
participant experience and journey, and product development as they
intersect with growth priorities Facilitate cross-functional &
external stakeholder engagement to align on and drive progress
against key initiatives Create metrics and reports to monitor
success, elicit feedback and input initiatives, and identify
opportunities to drive continuous iteration and improvement
Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in management consulting,
investment banking, or operations at a high-growth startup, ideally
in the context of health care delivery Demonstrated ability to be a
self-starter, with ability to excel in a fast-paced, unstructured
work environment, comfort operating in ambiguity, and a bias to
action Excellent analytical and project management skills Strong
interpersonal and written/oral communication skills; high EQ Deep
cultural alignment with Habitat's values and a strong passion for
our mission A bachelor's degree is required Willingness to work in
a hybrid work environment, with travel to Habitat Health centers as
needed Proof of medical clearance for communicable diseases,
including a TB test Proof of all immunizations are up to date Proof
of valid CA driver's license, personal transportation, good driving
record and auto insurance as required by State law Preferred
Qualifications: Familiarity with the PACE program or other elderly
care organizations Experience working in geriatric primary care or
value-based care delivery models Familiarity with relevant growth
platforms and tools (e.g., Salesforce, EPIC) Compensation: We take
into account an individual's qualifications, skillset, and
experience to determine final salary. This role is eligible for
medical/dental/vision insurance, short and long-term disability,
life insurance, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) savings, paid
time off, and company-paid holidays. The expected base salary range
for this position is $100,000 -$120,000 and is bonus eligible. The
actual offer will be at the company's sole discretion and
determined by relevant business considerations, including the final
candidate's qualifications, years of experience, skillset, and
