more confident and radiant. Role Description This is a part-time,
on-site role based in Greenbrae, CA, for a Medical Assistant. The
Medical Assistant will support the clinical team by assisting with
medical office tasks, patient care, and administrative
responsibilities. Day-to-day duties will include assisting
physicians during procedures, maintaining accurate medical records,
preparing examination rooms, ensuring proper use of medical
terminology, and providing high-quality care to patients. The
position will involve working collaboratively with the team to
maintain a welcoming and professional environment for all patients.
Qualifications Proficiency in Medical Assisting and familiarity
with assisting in medical procedures. Solid understanding and
application of Medical Terminology and Medical Records management.
Experience working in a Medical Office and ensuring efficient
administrative operations. Strong focus on Patient Care and
maintaining a compassionate, patient-centered approach. Excellent
communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
environment. Certification as a Medical Assistant is preferred but
not mandatory. Basic computer and electronic health record (EHR)
system proficiency. Prior experience in dermatology, cosmetic, or
plastic surgery practices is a plus.
