DSP Direct Support Professional Brentwood, CA $17.50-19.50/hour
Depending on Certications Sunday–Thursday | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM Lead

respect always come first. What You’ll Do as a DSP As the House
Lead, you’ll be a trusted support, advocate, and role model while
helping oversee daily routines and ensuring quality care. Key
Responsibilities - Develop and maintain daily routines based on
each Individual Program Plan (IPP) - Support the development and
progress of IPP/ISP goals - Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy
living environment - Encourage community inclusion, family visits,
and social activities - Assist with personal care, hygiene, and
daily living skills - Prepare meals and support housekeeping tasks
- Transport residents using company vehicles - Communicate
concerns, incidents, or changes to administrators - Step in where
needed and lead with positivity and professionalism What We’re
Looking For Required Education & Certifications - High School
Diploma or GED - DSP I & DSP II Certification - CPR / First Aid -
CPI Certification Experience - 3 years supporting adults with
developmental disabilities or mental health needs - Experience with
challenging behaviors strongly preferred Driving Requirements -
Valid in-state driver’s license - Must be 21 years old - Proof of
current insurance and registration - Clean driving record (no more
