Vituity, a leader in healthcare management services, is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Organ Recovery Surgeon to join our dedicated team. This role is critical in saving lives by performing organ recovery surgeries in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. As part of Vituity, you will work in a dynamic environment where our commitment is to provide outstanding care and improve patient outcomes in emergency medicine, hospital medicine, critical care, and more. Perform organ recovery surgeries ensuring high standards of safety and efficiency. Collaborate with transplant teams to plan and execute surgical strategies. Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to donors and ensure compliance with health and legal requirements. Participate in research activities related to organ transplantation and recovery. Educate medical staff and the community about organ donation and the transplantation process. Ensure all medical documentation is completed and in compliance with national regulations and medical standards. Expertise in surgical techniques and organ recovery procedures. In-depth knowledge of immunology and transplant medicine. Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments. Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients, families, and medical staff. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Board Certified in General Surgery or a related surgical specialty. Valid and active medical license. Certification in Transplant Surgery is highly preferred.
