Job Description Couples Therapy and EMDR Specialist A local group private practice is looking for a seasoned clinician who is exceptional with couples therapy, grounded in EMDR, and also comfortable providing evidence-based treatment for anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and ADHD for teens and adults. This is a full-time on-site (W2) role for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist located in downtown Walnut Creek, CA. The ideal candidate for this position is one who values strong clinical integrity, accessible care, and working in a collaborative setting. You would be joining a solid team of dedicated clinicians that are highly skilled and deeply committed to providing evidence-based, trauma-informed, specialized treatment. The admin team handles all intakes, insurance billing, administrative support, and marketing or business operations so that you can focus on providing thoughtful clinical care to your work and your clients. Active California LMFT license in good standing with no disciplinary history Minimum 3 years of post-licensure experience Degree from a regionally accredited university Strong with relationship dynamics, trauma work, discernment, and nuance Full time (25-30 hours/week), in-person availability with some evenings The upscale offices are in a modern and secure building with ample private parking and ground floor access.
