management services, is seeking a dedicated Environmental Services
/ Custodial Operations Manager 2 to join our Healthcare sector.
This role is pivotal in maintaining the highest levels of
cleanliness and safety standards, essential for patient care in
healthcare settings. The successful candidate will manage daily
operations, coordinate staff, and ensure compliance with all
regulatory health and safety standards, aligning with Sodexo's
mission to enhance the quality of life for all. Direct and oversee
all housekeeping operations within the facility to ensure
compliance with infection control guidelines. Manage a team of
custodial staff, providing training, scheduling, and continuous
improvement initiatives. Monitor and ensure execution of cleaning
protocols and standards in patient care areas, maintaining a safe
environment for both patients and staff. Conduct regular
inspections and audits to assess effectiveness and implement
necessary changes or enhancements. Collaborate with other
department managers and healthcare staff to prioritize areas of
need and deploy resources efficiently. Develop and maintain budget
compliance, managing inventories of cleaning supplies and
equipment, ensuring no shortages. Handle customer service feedback,
resolving issues swiftly to maintain facility reputation. Strong
leadership and management skills Proficient in using housekeeping
management software Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Ability to train and motivate staff Knowledge of health and
safety regulations and infection control Medical Insurance Dental

Environmental Services OSHA training certificate relevant to
healthcare facilities
