Job Description:
SourcePro Search has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced
Patent Paralegal. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's
Degree and 2 years of IP experience in a mid to large law firm.
This role offers a generous compensation package and excellent work
culture. Core Responsibilities: Update and manage patent portfolio
and competitor databases. Prepare Information Disclosure
Statements. Prepare foreign reference submissions in countries with
a “duty to disclose.” Prepare patent status reports, patent family
trees, and patent timelines. Assist with preparation and filings of
documents with the US Patent and Trademark Office. Calculate
patent-term adjustments. Review case file histories for allowed
matters. Review outgoing file and electronic record transfers.
Conduct research and perform library and online searches.
