Description:Void Stale dated checks for all entities.Review and Reconcile; 1099'S, Fittings, accrued other payables, and Insurance Payables.Process all returns which consist of Monthly, Quarterly, Semi Annual and Annual Returns; Sales Tax, 720 Excise Tax, Vendor Use, Retail Annual Fuel Return, IFTA, Road Tax, User use and underground Storage Tanks Maintenance Fee Return.Update Sales Tax RatesPrepare Journal Entries.Assist with Month End CloseSkills:sales tax, multi state tax prep, Multi company tax prep, Corporate accounting, profit & loss, journal entry, month end reconciliation, Accounting, Accountant, Accounting and financeTop Skills Details:Responsible for managing all of the bank reconciliations back to the General Ledger at month end. Maintain all tax records and prepare all the applicable returns for three different entities. This job requires a High School Diploma or its equivalent with 2-4 years of experience in the field or related areas. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain creativity and latitude is required.
