If you are a job seeker with a disability and require a reasonable accommodation to apply for one of our jobs, you will find the contact information to request the appropriate accommodation by visiting the following page:The role of the Distribution Team Lead is to assist the DC Manager / Supervisor in supporting all aspects of the Distribution operations on our 2 nd shift - performing receiving, picking, packing, replenishment, and shipping functions. This includes meeting all assigned goals and objectives relating to production / shipping deadlines, and personnel oversight.RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor conveyor line to ensure that product is flowing smoothly with no overload or backlog
  • Monitor replenishment pick process and put away process
  • Adjust staff across departments to ensure adequate coverage
  • Collaborate with other Leaders to support team in and around pick module
  • Assist in managing break & lunch schedules for team
  • Assist in tracking attendance - late starts / early departures
  • Support our Ecommerce / Retail business utilizing and preparing work for our PTS (put to store) PTW (put to wall) processes
  • Process waves & print work for distribution to the floor
  • Tracing discrepancies to see where errors have occurred
  • Segregating will call and truck shipments from standard carrier shipments. Palletizing these shipments for delivery, as needed.
  • Responsible for tracking air and overnight shipments through the system to ensure they are shipped by the appropriate cut-off times
  • Notifying supervisor of process errors or team member deficiencies
  • Use pallet jack / carts to move orders to appropriate packing / shipping & staging locations location
  • Train team members on processes in department
  • Support 5S initiatives and Process Improvement
  • Ensure best housekeeping practices are being obtained
  • Ensure all working tools are in place and accounted for
  • Report any unsafe conditions to leadership
  • Other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS:
    • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent along with 3-5 years working in a high volume distribution facility.
    • Knowledge of RF units and WMS systems is highly desirable.
    • Ability to read, write, and speak English. Excellent communication skills are required.
