SUMMARY: The Sales Operations Applications Administrator is responsible for managing the Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Business to Business (BTB), and other sales operations related tools and applications that support global sales.The ideal candidate must possess the ability to understand business requirements, processes, and translate these into innovative solutions that are highly usable, scalable, extensible, and sustainable. You will manage all CRM & BTB configuration, maintain existing features/ products, partner with stakeholders to design and implement new features that optimize the tools for sales and the distributors network.Provide user support and training, and drive quality improvement processes globally. Additionally, this role will require in depth knowledge of sales, marketing, and business processes as it related to Sales Operations. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own Microsoft Dynamics CRM and RepSpark BTB management (user setups, profiles and roles, reports and dashboards, customize features, fields, record types, etc.) and support/collaborate with sales and accounts
  • Responsible for BTB and CRM releases, features & best practices, make recommendations to leadership as appropriate
  • Evaluate, recommend, and integrate additional technology tools into Sales Operations applications to meet business requirements and objectives
  • Lead training for BTB & CRM and provide ongoing training as needed to current and new users.
  • Assist with the testing of new or existing features, and or updates and the effect of application changes to current or new systems.
  • Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors and 5.11 application IT support teams QUALIFICATIONS:
    • 3+ years of CRM and BTB administration experience
    • Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude
    • Excellent organizational, critical thinking and project management skills
    • Problem-solving orientation with ability to define cross-functional processes and systems requirements to drive efficiency, clarity & accuracy.
    • Very strong communication skills.Ability to articulate concepts to engage cross-functional partners on decisions, priorities and action plans
    • Self-motivated with a desire to innovate and improve on current state.
