the Senior Manager of ABM at Weights & Biases, by CoreWeave , you
will be the primary architect and orchestrator of our global
account-centric strategy. This role is a unique blend of high-level
strategic guidance and hands-on execution, designed for a leader
who can navigate complex cross-functional landscapes. You will act
as a vital bridge between Sales and Marketing, focusing on
penetrating top-tier accounts and maximizing customer lifetime
value. If you are a creative, self-motivated strategist who thrives

challenging and deeply rewarding. About the role: You will own the
end-to-end development of our ABM ecosystem—from building
data-driven 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many programs to creating a scalable
"ABM-as-a-Service" model. This role supports our hyper-growth
pipeline engine across various selling segments and teams. On a
daily basis, you will partner closely with cross-functional
Marketing and Sales teams to create and customize assets for
specific personas, maintain comprehensive account profiles, and
align messaging across digital and social channels. Beyond
execution, you will be responsible for the "science" of the
program—working closely with Marketing Ops to build reporting
frameworks in Salesforce and 6sense, analyzing performance through
the qualified pipeline stage, and constantly optimizing tactics to
ensure every touchpoint drives meaningful executive engagement. -
Global Strategy: Drive and own the development of global ABM
strategy, processes, and execution. - Tactical Mix: Analyze target
accounts to determine the optimal mix of digital, events, social
media, and innovative new channels. - Sales Alignment: Partner with
Sales to implement ABM into account-level pipeline generation plans
and develop contact-level insights to enrich accounts. -
Optimization: Monitor and analyze performance through to qualified
pipeline, using data to adjust and optimize future results. -
Enablement: Build "ABM-as-a-Service" programs that can be executed
at a geo or regional level by Field Marketing. - Cross-Functional
Coordination: Collaborate with GTM Programs and Product Marketing
to create a quarterly ABM Campaign Calendar and coordinate
messaging with the Demand Gen team. Who You Are: Experience: 7
years of relevant marketing experience in B2B technology, with 5
years of hands-on ABM experience . Strategic Thinker: Thorough
understanding of how to plan, execute, and measure a global ABM
strategy with a proven track record of showing ROI. Communicator: A
strong collaborator with a curious mind who is always looking to
learn and isn't afraid to ask questions. Tech Savvy: Proficient
with 6sense, Google, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Marketo . Global
Mindset: International experience building an equitable pipeline
for a global Sales organization. Organized: Highly proficient in
managing multiple complex projects simultaneously. Preferred: (if
applicable) Advanced Salesforce Orchestration: Ability to build
custom reports and dashboards. Cross-Team Collaboration: Prior
experience working with Customer Success, Pre/Post-Sales, and SDR
teams. Content Expertise: Strong content strategy and copywriting
skills to drive punchy, personalized copy for strategic outreach.

physical touchpoints into digital-first ABM plays. Wondering if

for this role is $115,000 to $168,000. The starting salary will be
determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and
market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal
equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary,
our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity
awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on
