At Global Payments Inc., a leader in payment technology and software services, we are seeking a driven Account Executive to enhance our Fintech Software Solutions sales team. This role focuses on leveraging deep industry knowledge to deliver comprehensive software solutions to clients, helping them achieve greater efficiency and profitability. The ideal candidate will excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, developing relationships with key stakeholders and driving the sales process from plan to close. Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities within the fintech sector. Develop client-specific presentations and demonstrations to highlight the value of our solutions. Manage the end-to-end sales process, including negotiation and contract signing. Attend industry conferences and events to network and gather market insights. Collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine sales strategies based on customer feedback and emerging trends. Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. Strong understanding of financial services and payment technology. Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in fintech or similar industries. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to manage complex sales cycles. Proficient with CRM software and sales performance tools. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or equivalent preferred.
