Research Associate for a consulting engagement with our direct
client, a leading global bio-pharmaceutical company. Job Summary:
Obtain assignment and follow scientific direction of client staff,
flag issues, and seek guidance appropriately. Demonstrate
independence and ability to produce quality results under minimal
direction Generate complete, accurate, and concise documentation
using electronic systems and laboratory notebook Perform cell
culture and cell-based assays (cell binding, T cell dependent
cytotoxicity, reporter assays, etc.) Operate a specialized
laboratory equipment and instrumentation (i.e. FACSCelesta,
SpectraMax i3x, etc.) Strong verbal and written communication
skills. Ability to collaborate and troubleshoot to solve problems.
Basic Minimum Qualifications: B.S. or M.S. degree in Biology or
related degree 1-3 years industry experience Experience with flow
cytometry and cell-based assays highly preferred Top Must have
Skill Sets: Cell Culture experience Flow Cytometry experience
Cell-Based Assays experience (see day to day as well for further
context) Day-to-day Responsibilities: Maintain appropriate cell
lines in culture Assess binding of molecules to cell lines using
flow cytometry Perform cell-based assays to assess functional
activity of molecules Employee Value Proposition: Possible

Flags: Lack of mammalian cell culture experience Lack of basic
knowledge of flow cytometry Interview Process: There will be at
